2011 Journal Order Form
The Journal of the Desert Southwest Annual Conference is distributed to registered Annual Conference attendees at no additional cost as a CD-ROM accompanied by a printed version of only the directory sections. Persons wishing to obtain a full printed copy of the Journal are to submit a form indicating this along with payment of $25 for each copy desired. Forms must be received no later than July 31, so copies of the 2011 Journal may be pre-ordered using the form below.
