Asbury Theological Seminary Event
On March 9 -11, 2010, Asbury Theological Seminary will bring together a team of theologians, scientists, experienced pastors, and campus ministers to engage with men and women involved in a variety of ministries to understand how faith and science interact at the conference, “Celebrating the Wonder of God’s World.” This conference will be congruent with John Wesley’s understanding of practical divinity that integrates faith and reason, knowledge of God and knowledge of the world, in the work of ministry and to equip those for the task of “intellectual evangelism,” the place of faith seeking understanding in preaching, teaching, worship, pastoral care, youth and campus ministries, and in public and professional places of witness.
